AN INTRODUCTION
李瀛龙（Yinglong Li）is a contemporary craft practitioner and researcher。自2007年至今，他专注于传统金属工艺的创新实践和可持续发展研究已有17年。为了解传统金属工艺的发展现状，他曾前往世界不同的国家和地区进行工艺学习，其中包括中国不同的少数民族地区，法国利摩日，德国哈瑙和英国伯明翰等地。
近年来，他积极探索在东西方文化交融下所产生的新艺术语言和形式。他的作品主要使用一项古老而稀有的珐琅工艺plique-a-jour，结合岭南文化中的满洲窗元素和西方印象派点彩，创作了IPAJ系列，并获得了多项国际比赛的奖项。该系列作品被个人和国际重要机构收藏，如英国Victoria and Albert Museum 和The Oriental Museum, Durham University。2023年，他在英国获得了博士学位，他的博士研究颠覆式地创新了传统珐琅工艺plique-a-jour。其博士论文被The Library of the Goldsmiths’ Company收藏。
